* No assets are held in a trust approved by the Ethics Commissioner.

Assets of the Spouse:

* Employment income is received from the Royal Canadian Mint.

* Income is received from self-employment as a millwright.

Directorships and Offices:

* The spouse held a position as a Board Community Representative at Westlands at Oddy (Seniors Home).

Liabilities:

* No mortgages, guarantees, unpaid municipal property taxes, other unpaid taxes, support payments, or other liabilities were disclosed.

Legal Proceedings:

* No legal proceedings being brought against the member were disclosed.

Activities Approved by the Commissioner:

* No activities requiring approval by the Ethics Commissioner were disclosed.
